Position: Mid-Sr. Program Manager (Creative/Marketing) Long term Contract, onsite Location: SF Pay: DOE Start Date: ASAP A major beauty/fashion retailer is looking for a program manager with 3-5 years of experience. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of creative marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation, across all channels including traditional print and digital media. This person will clearly and actively communicate program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members. Digital media experience especially important as position manages a variety of digital channels including site, mobile and social platforms POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Activates and manages individual components of marketing campaigns, across channels including: digital media, inbox collateral, direct mail, and in-store marketing/collateral • Digital marketing experience especially important as position manages a variety of digital channels including site, mobile and social platforms • Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating digital and traditional media touch-points in process. Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results • Fosters partnerships with Beauty Insider, Creative, Editorial, Digital, Marketing and Planning teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle • Tracks programs to timeline and budget; facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing, Procurement, and Print Production • Sources branded collateral and manages multi-sample kitting projects: partners with promotions team on new concepts, selects and manages vendors. Works with inventory team to ensure product is sent to/from distribution centers and kitting vendors according to schedule Manages day-to-day tasks of program execution for key cross-channel campaigns: o Opens jobs and builds job folders w/ all project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final product archive of job info o Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings o Manages creative review cycles
