• Manage Global Channel Enablement Program(s)
• Conduct research on competitive program offerings and compile business reviews with key stakeholders
• Proactively work with the Channel Marketing Team to build the channel communications strategy and support the VP of Channel Sales and Operations with presentation materials and content for public channel events
• Engage theater sales, marketing, and program leads to obtain feedback, ensure program knowledge transfer, and effective operations
• Work with cross functional teams, such as, sales, finance, marketing, and operations to successfully launch and monitor channel programs.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with cross functional teams to obtain both qualitative and quantitative feedback on channel enablement program
• Make recommendations to business to improve program

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
• 10+ years in Channel Program Management or Channel Enablement
• Business acumen to build and market a channel program, including providing intelligence on program performance, improvements, marketing, promotion, analytics, and business reviews.
• Experience in building enablement programs to support both sales & technical pre-sales and post-sales channel individuals, including building training curriculum, measuring the success of the enablement offerings
• Ability to work with cross functional teams, such as sales, finance, marketing and operations to successfully launch and monitor new programs
• Good understanding of industry standard channel programs, including certification models, trainings, NFR, rebates, deal registration, etc. Other necessary skills
• Executive level communication skills
• Good verbal and written communicator
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word
