Program Manager I

Our Client is seeking smart, motivated, analytical professionals to support the Vendor Management team for their online/digital and instant video store. The individual in this role will be able to compile and analyze data (across sources), deliver relevant interpretations, reports, recommendations and strategies to the management team and other business stakeholders. He/she will use metrics to drive decisions and reconcile data to ensure compliance with their business partners. Job Responsibilities
•Analyze monthly reporting for accuracy and compliance with terms
•Facilitate internal and external compliance requests including maintenance of all internal control narratives, risk and control matrices and process flows related to monthly and quarterly reporting
•Support development of internal project scope with Project manager, develop procedures, and summarize findings reflecting the results of the work performed
•Review existing documentation to assess accuracy and identify functionality gaps in systems and/or processes
•Review internal controls and provide feedback on design and effectiveness to ensure reporting accuracy, including providing management visibility on potential control deficiencies and opportunities to strengthen internal processes
•Coordinate multiple cross functional contacts
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of reporting

Basic Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, and summarizing findings for cross functional teams. This position also requires good oral and written communication, ability to document detailed functional requirements including “as is” and “future” process flows, and a high degree of multi-tasking.
•Bachelor’s degree or Accounting major preferred
•Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online sales metrics, data sources, data mining, etc.
•Ability to create ad hoc spreadsheets and statistical graphs
•Proficient with Excel, SQL, and Access Database.
•Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
•Strategic acumen coupled with a high attention to detail and the ability to audit his/her own work for accuracy and quality
•Proficiency at leveraging precious resources
•High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
•Composed, poised and professional demeanor
•Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
•Well-timed tenacity and conviction
