Program Manager, Digital

Aquent is hiring a Digital Program Manager for a contract to hire position on site in San Francisco. The Digital PM is responsible for executing end-to-end execution of all marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation, across all channels including traditional print and digital media. The Program Manager communicates program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members. Must have excellent project management experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Activates and manages individual components of marketing campaigns across all digital channels including website, mobile, email, and social platforms, integrating with print, direct mail, in-store marketing and collateral.
• Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in the process.
• Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results; identifies risks and manages mitigation.
• Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Digital and Visual teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
• Partners upstream w/ strategic partners in Marketing/Digital Marketing to communicate strategic milestones and provide executional considerations for brief
• Partners laterally with Creative and Production to communicate project schedules and milestones.
• Manages day-to-day tasks of program execution:
• Opens jobs and builds job folders w/ all project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final product archive of job info
• Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings
• Works with creative teams on resource allocations and timely execution of tasks
• Routes all creative for stakeholder reviews; manages feedback cycles and revisions ensuring deadlines are met within number of allotted rounds
• Identifies all photo shoot needs across digital channels; partners with Creative team and Art Buying for photo shoot execution
• Facilitates shoot and retouching milestones between Creative, Retoucher and Studio
• Monitors and advocates adherence to process; identifies means to integrate and improve efficiency between marketing and digital marketing teams

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years experience in program/account/marketing management
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Digital experience a must; Agency or retail experience preferred
• Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results/push programs forward
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
