Program Manager, Creative Marketing/In-Store

Long term Contract, onsite

A major beauty/fashion retailer is looking for a program manager with 4-6 years of experience. You will be responsible for end-to- end execution of creative marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation, across all channels including traditional print and digital media. This person will clearly and actively communicate program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members.

Digital media experience especially important as position manages a variety of digital channels including site, mobile and social platforms

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Activates and manages individual components of marketing campaigns, across channels including: window animations, print, direct mail, in-store marketing/collateral and digital media
- Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in process. Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results
- Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Digital and Visual teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
- Partners upstream w/ strategic partners in Marketing/Digital Marketing to communicate strategic milestones and provides executional considerations for brief

Manages day-to- day tasks of program execution:
- Opens jobs and builds job folders w/ all project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final product archive of job info
- Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings
- Receives comps from Marketing; ships and tracks comps to photo shoot and retoucher
- Identifies all photo shoot needs across channels; partners with Creative team and Art Buying for photo shoot execution
- Facilitates retouching milestones between Creative and retoucher; communicates program schedule and ensures feedback deadlines are met within number of allotted rounds
- Routes/reviews all US mechanical files prior to release; secures translations for CDA French versions
- Tracks programs to budget; has a good understanding of budget and any co-op funding; facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and producer if/when costs impact design &/or budget
