Program Manager, Brand and Reputation

My Client is looking for an enthusiastic hands on Program Manager with previous experience working wth NGOs and Corporate Social Responsibility programs with a solid PM background. The successful candidate will partner with NGOs, build content, manage an online community and lead the operation on the ground. We would really like to see that candidates can demonstrate that they have experience in managing online communities, social pages and online video channels.

The Role:
This is a program manager role, fully embedded in the UK marketing team and working with the Central Brand team. The core focus of the role will be to roll out marketing programs, drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward and ensure cross functional alignment of goals and execution.

Responsibilities:
- MUST have experience with managing online communities
- MUST have experience working with NGO's and/or CSR projects
- Project coordination skills to support daily operations
- Evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
- Partners management
- Liaise with various agencies and stakeholders
- Attending roadshows and events

Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Project management management experience.
- Experience in managing online communities, social pages and YouTube channels
- Experience in managing external press and creative agencies and stakeholders

Preferred qualifications
- MBA, MS or other advanced degree.
- Experience working with NGOs and/or CSR programs
- Experience managing external relationships and bringing brands together in a strategic and effective way
- Track record with increasing levels of responsibility and independence with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Confidence in managing multiple internal stakeholders and sign-off models
- Demonstrable organisational skills with ability to manage and coordinate teams and projects; ability to juggle and track multiple projects and stakeholders in very fast moving environment
- A highly entrepreneurial mindset: this role will require a unique level of problem solving and creative idea generation
