Our client, a TOP Cloud software firm, in San Francisco is looking for a new Program Manager for a 5 month contract with the possibility of converting to full time!

They are looking for a Senior Manager to lead their Monetization team. The role will involve developing and executing high priority campaigns to better identify, target, and grow footprint of current customers, accelerating the client on its path to $15B in revenues. This program management role is a unique leadership opportunity to develop cross-functional expertise with the Sales, Marketing, and Pricing teams.
This is a great opportunity for a highly capable program manager to get unprecedented exposure to senior leaders in the company. He/she will collaborate with various individuals of differing levels of seniority to deliver on key growth initiatives. This individual will also get to work with seasoned industry experts, receiving rigorous strategic and operational on the job training in a world class organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop systematic and repeatable monetization campaigns from data driven insights
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing leaders to identify and develop these initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute these initiatives on a systematic basis
• Develop insights, drive collaboration, get buy in, and ensure action and adoption across all teams
• Track and report on the impact driven by the campaigns, identifying further business insights, implications, and opportunities from them
• Continuously improve and iterate on these campaigns, developing a self-sustaining engine
• Work with existing resources, tools, and methods, while identifying new & improved approaches that you drive efficiencies and scalability
Required Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years or experience in cross-functional project management roles
• Prior management consulting experience and/or MBA preferred
• Very strong quantitate, problem solving, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management
• Demonstrated ability of working and excelling in high pressure environment, with minimal supervision
• In depth proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with manipulating and analyzing large data sets and relevant analytical tools e.g. SQL, Salesforce reporting/dashboards, R, Weka, Business Objects, MS Access, etc.
• Understanding of statistics and related prior experience strongly preferred
