Our client, a top financial company in New York City is looking for a skilled Program Manage to join their Investment Bank Talent and Development team. This role duration is 6 months and starts in Jan 2016.

This person will Manage Programs which includes;
• Supervise program nomination and enrollment processes
• Manage production and delivery of program material
• Coordinate logistics with operations group (venue booking, My Campus admin, Registration, pre and post event logistics)
• Collaborate in execution of program maintenance with Subject Matter Experts, design resources, etc.
• Manage participant lists
• Manage and communicate overall program
• Compile and post program data

In addition they will Manage Financials as well, tasks include;
• Responsible for tracking and reporting for the assigned program budget
• Manages invoicing processes

Some of the operational tasks include;
• Provide project management services
• Archive materials
• Oversee program implementation onsite, when feasible.
• Liaise with Chain IQ to initiate contracting process
• Maintain relationships with external partners/vendors
• Administer any assessments or special certifications as needed
• Handle simple program maintenance items such as portal/web site updates

A key portion of the role is various communication tasks, including;
• Draft reports and manage ad-hoc tasks
• Effectively communicate status, resolve issues and make appropriate recommendations for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities
• Facilitate communication and interaction between functional groups, team members, strategic partners and vendors

The ideal candidate will also poses the following skills;
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Self-motivated and organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently as appropriate
• Attention to details, quality-orientation and good follow-up

The following technology skills are preferred:
• Experience using MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
College degree; experience in executing complex learning programs
