Our client is looking for a Program Manager/Sr Project Manager with E-commerce experience . This would be an onsite contractor position for 6-9+ months with benefits

The ideal talent will be responsible for but not limited to:

The Personal Solutions' Product and Business Delivery team is looking for a Program Manager who has experience with launching of ecommerce sites and digital products. The individual’s primary responsibility is to be the point person overseeing and coordinating the timely and accurate completion of the product launch; specifically guiding it through its various stages through to completion. The candidate is responsible for organizing, guiding, controlling and reporting the new product launch activities as well as tracking the progress and quality of work completed.



Specifically, coordinating Pre and Post launch activities such as:
- Go-to Market Strategy
- Product Design
- Online Marketing Campaigns (SEO, Display, PR, Paid Media)
- Email Marketing Campaigns (lead generation, winback, welcome series, etc)
- Offline Marketing Campaigns
- Website development (landing pages, collateral)
- Customer Support (Training, Material Development and Review)
- Business Operational Support (BCP, BPM, etc)
- Migration of Customers
- Legal, Compliance and Security sign offs
- Reporting and Analytics
- Issue tracking across platform

Responsibilities include:
- Be the point of contact and coordinate the new product and website launch activities
- Interface with all stakeholders of the launch
- Maintain, track and report on issues with pre and post launch
- Effectively and accurately communicate launch project status
- Hold stakeholders accountable for the timely and accurate completion of their tasks
- Identify new launch related tasks


Required Skills:
- 4 year college degree
- Prior project coordination or related experience
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong time management and follow through skills
- Experience in coordinating activities among a diverse group of people and departments
- Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Self-motivated, demonstrating strong initiative and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools
