Program Manager

As a Program Manager you will manage the overall product portfolio for the Digital Media Group. You will be responsible for managing projects across multiple teams from ideation to launch while meeting expectations and deliverables between IT, ENG,business partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the overall performance and delivery of large / cross-functional projects including scope, schedule, risk and issues.
• Establish and sustain strong on-going relationships with business partners
• Partner with Product Owner, IT and ENG to establish project prioritization based on business priority and DMG’s bandwidth
• Identify resources needed for each project and work with Director of Digital Product Development, Creative Director Product Design, Director Digital Content Strategy and Sr Creative Director Marketing and Communication Design to assign project teams
• Provide clear and consistent communication of project status to the group, business partners and executives
• Ensure that issues and risks are identified, understood early and dealt with in a manner that mitigates surprises, risk to scope, cost and schedule.
• Serve as a single point of escalation for the Project Management team.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 Project Managers, providing leadership to the team to create a positive team pulling in the same direction for the client.
• Develop and maintain standard project documentation - project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to program governance guidelines
• Help to build department as a leader in Program and Project Management within company and the industry

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 8+ years experience managing complex, digital programs/projects
• Broad program/project management experience; broadcast, entertainment, media,and digital advertising experience a plus
• Demonstrated success managing large complex programs/project utilizing multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)
• Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills and ability to influence others
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results
• Demonstrated the ability to accommodate a high level of change and adapt accordingly
• Experience with analyzing complex issues and delivering appropriate solutions
• Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources in several functional areas and multiple geographic locations
• 25% travel required
