Responsible for the management, performance and completion of a major program or initiative including tracking distribution initiative incremental webtraffic, ROl, and operational progress.
Develops program business plan including timelines, metrics of success, key milestones, traffic and financial forecasts, resources required, executive sponsorship needs.
Directs and coordinates with various internal program focus areas which may include marketing, business development, product, editorial, finance/Bl, and technical personnel in the development and integration of program goals and activities.
Develops and maintains relationships across program components and is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of programs.
Tracks program or initiative progress and ensures its timely completion.
Develops basic reporting that shows measurable performance of initiatives.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the medium, industry, market and members.
Manage end to end relationships with all partners and vendors.
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters highly desirable.
o Experience: 2 to 4 years directly related experience.
o Project management certification is a strong asset.
o Qualified applicants must be detail-oriented, result-driven individuals who work
well within team environments.
o Must have good interpersonal skills, as well as good client interaction skills.
(Note: This is a functional program management role with high visibility, not a
people management role.)
o Project Management on complex initiatives.
o Multiple/concurrent project management skills/experience.
o Online/web knowledge and understanding of common web technologies.
o Ability to manage complex, multi-track projects or small-scale programs to completion by balancing scope, time, cost and quality while maintaining a positive environment.

o Must have a solid understanding of project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and the flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams.

o Ability to facilitate gathering and use of best practices across the projects.
o Ability to independently run meetings with clients / vendors and building trackers to follow on action items on a regular basis.
o Knowledge of web metric tools like comScore and Omniture a plus.
