Our client is looking for a senior Program Manager for an initial 6 week engagement. The role could potentially convert to a permanent position with our client. If you are experienced, organized and a strategic thinker this role could be for you.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong client relationships and to work with the client to understand their business and measures of success. You must be pro-active, a creative problem solver, and possess the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders with competing priorities. You’ll need to be alert, informed and passionate regarding our clients, their products, audiences and markets.

Job Duties:
*Lead an enterprise evidence and reference program from pipeline generation to content production.
*Curate content and create a regular cadence of field and stakeholder communication to evangelize the evidence and reference team’s work.
*Act as point person for SharePoint site updates, including conceptualizing site updates and ways to streamline workflows.
*Understand client’s goals and review content on a regular basis to ensure goals are being met.
*Scope out new projects, work with internal teams to get estimates and write statements of work.
*Work with delivery teams such as editorial, design and development to ensure projects are completed within scope, on time and on budget.
*Be the face of the client with a global audience of customers and partners on conference calls and in meetings.
*Manage projects involving high profile customers, which could include conference calls during non-business hours.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

*6-8 years account, project or program management experience.
*A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
*Demonstrated experience in the technology sector.
*Incredible attention to detail.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*A master’s degree in a relevant field.
*Microsoft experience.
*Agency experience.
*Evidence, reference or content marketing experience.
*Strong account management, sales or business development experience.
