Program Manager

Sr. Program Managers are responsible for the overall business management of medium to large projects from development through production. Ensuring high quality work is delivered on time and on budget, creating a supportive and efficient production environment and maintaining and building on client relationships before, during, and after projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• High degree of client engagement and client services
• Supervises Program Managers
• Takes on all project management responsibilities on large-scale projects
• Responsible for the development of all Scopes/Statements of Work
• Develops, implement and manage the project plan; ability to create detailed work break-down structures
• Develops the staff plan and creates the budget
• Responsible for resource allocation in conjunction with the resource manager
• Day to day management of projects from initiation through implementation and deployment
• Manages change and evaluate risks and assess potential impacts on project delivery
• Contributes to the creative process by assessing feasibility of the proposed solutions and by recommending new technologies, methods, etc.
• Monitors and communicates project status and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly
• Ensures all change management documentation is executed and understood by all team members
• Oversee the project team’s activities to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget

Required Background/Skills:
• 5+ years Program Management, Product Management, Project Management or relevant experience within a client service organization
• Experience managing complex, multi-location and multi-discipline projects
• Excellent understanding of product design, software or digital development, and brand strategy
• Experience in account management and business development practices
• Strong professional/academic credential including business background
• Strong understanding of Project Accounting
• Experience with Business Software and Analysis Tools
• Critical element of role is to deliver insights about people and behavior - verbally and visually.
• A strategic perspective on the variety of work that we do.
• A natural skill to engage with people at a deep level.
