We are looking for a Product Marketing Program Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to organize and manage the operations of the the client's product marketing team. In plain speak, your mission is to ensure we meet the goals of each online video show that is released. This requires much collaboration across several cross functional teams including product, media, analytics, brand, development, operations and growth marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong strategic vision but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and handle tactical execution across multiple initiatives. We’re looking for someone with an impeccable eye for detail who lets nothing slip through and who can navigate different voices from several partners and stakeholders.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Implement a strategic approach to tracking all show launches including:
Ensuring all promotional channels in place prior to launch
Analyze performance post-launch across multiple metrics and channels
Identify potential gaps and troubleshoot solutions

Additional Responsibilities:
Help execute and analyze marketing experiments to unlock more acquisition or improve retention
Run weekly cross functional marketing meeting including setting agenda and ensuring all action items are completed to meet project timeline/goals
Maintain project timelines, meeting agendas and notes
Develop and maintain a weekly production tracker against all workstreams taking place

Requirements:
BA/BS degree in any field required with a strong academic record
8 or more years of project management experience within a marketing function (Ideally in the entertainment industry)
You are a good mix of right brain and left brain with both an ability to creatively problem solve yet comfortable digging into and interpreting data, analytics and success metrics
You know how to get things done and are incredibly goal-oriented, stopping at nothing until an objective is reached
You are the ultimate multi-tasker who can move fast and make decisions quickly but without sacrificing detail
You communicate clearly, succinctly and without superfluous jargon
You work well in complex situations where the answer is not always immediately clear
You are self sufficient and can execute quickly with limited guidance
You thrive in collaborative environments and can build solid relationships with many stakeholders
You can maintain a sense of balance and fun

Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with data analytics and ability to read and interpret data is helpful
Experience in digital marketing
