The Program Manager, Membership Marketing contributes to our client's success by driving awareness, consideration, and conversion for our clients Marketing Programs, with a primary focus on membership and client's mastercard, through management of the marketing initiatives for their membership and payment business. This ownership encompasses all program management from program positioning to execution, including budgeting, marketing strategy, marketing analysis, and development of overarching marketing communication and contact plan. Program marketing facets include internal channels and evaluation of external channels. Cross departmental partnership is critical to bring communication strategy to life across appropriate customer-facing channels.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in marketing communications, marketing program management or relevant field.

Bachelors’ degree in marketing or relevant field required.

Experience in developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with cross-divisional partner teams.

Experience working with content and creative teams including design and copywriting functions

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in loyalty

Budget tracking experience desired

Other Qualifications:

Demonstrated in-depth understanding of marketing and cross-divisional processes and relationship needs.
Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across the company for the achievement of business goals.
Flexible in one's viewpoints and positions in order to support the direction taken by others.
