Our pioneering credit card and financial service client - known for being one of the first banks to provide internet banking to it’s customers as well as one of the first institutions to have the Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) – is looking for a Program manager to join their team.

This position is for 6 months to start, and will sit with the FinTech team, which is an extremely exciting and forward thinking department within this particular client. You will be working along side senior management, coming up with innovative ideas while supporting the project initiatives.

Some other responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
-Manage schedule for FinTech Governance Review meeting
-Document governance status of User Stories as they go through the governance reviews
-Update stories that have gone through the process, but need to be in the new format
-Management of on-going reporting and documentation creation for governance team members to use for socialization
-Support other key projects/initiatives

Now let’s discuss qualifications!
-One to Three years experience in corporate office management, administration, or other related role.
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

-Strong leadership skills - with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Influencing skills - ability to work across multiple teams, functions, businesses, geographies and interact with senior management.
-Proactive, resourceful self-starter
-Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills.
