Program Manager - Cloud

My client is a Global Tech Giant, who are looking for an experienced Program Manager with Cloud Solutions/SaaS industry experience. This is a 12 month contract, paying up to £53 000/annum pro rata PAYE. 

As a Program Manager within the account management team, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with our Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to retain and grow our existing customer base through impactful & culturally relevant customer facing programs targeting various stakeholder groups from Executives to IT Admins to End-Users. 

You will be responsible for the helping to design, deliver, assess and manage these customer programs at scale across various sub-regions in EMEA. In order to do this, you'll independently maintain relationships with customers, partners and various cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal & external stakeholders for speakers as well as facilities staff to ensure logistics are in place to support. 

Minimum Qualifications: 
* B.A Commerce / Information Technology. 
* Project or Program Management Experience. 
* Fluency in written and spoken English. 
* Fluency in another European language (French, German or Italian - in order of preference) 

Preferred Qualifications: 
* Proficiency with G Suite/Microsoft 360 
* Passionate about the benefits of Cloud 
* Experience in public speaking, a passion for helping others. 
* High level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility 
* Excellent organisational and project management skills. 
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities: 
* Ability to articulate a strong value proposition 
* Design, deliver, assess and manage customer programs at scale - travelling to the EMEA subregion where necessary to assist on the ground or to deliver content. 
* Manage events and campaigns from start to finish, and communication with customers pre & post events to actively encourage participation. 
* Keep all document management repositories for program updated and logically organised for ease of use by team members. 
* Evaluate data, develop recommendations, and resolve problems of diverse scope. 
* Mentor new team members, helping them get up to speed on the program. 
* Ongoing stakeholder management directly with customers, partners, and various cross-functional teams
* Support the SAS team to manage complex customer relationships inclusive of remediation/engagement plans and associated cadence meetings with customers.
