OBJECTIVES

- Develop overall objectives and strategy for IFEC (Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity) program:
- Oversee day-to-day IFEC activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage IFEC (Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity) program
- Work closely with the Manager, Product Development to create innovative IFEC enhancements to increase uptake and enhance customer experience
- Analyze metrics to enhance program offering
- Prepare monthly summary reports
- Work closely with operating divisions to provide support and communicate program requirements
- Test onboard enhancements
- Coordinate IFEC logistics including schedules, vendor oversight and program management activities
- Coordinate content and copy for Alaska Airlines communication channels
- Support other inflight marketing initiatives such as boarding music, inflight magazine and other customer experience efforts
- Other duties as assigned

TIME FRAME AND REQUIREMENTS
- 6 Months
- Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent field
- 3-7 years experience in brand/product marketing or closely related field - preferably in a service industry with emphasis on branded experiences
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required
- Knowledge of technical systems and devices preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to manage projects independently
- Ability to problem solve with various departments and outside vendors
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for change
- Must be authorized to work in the U. S.
