Program Coordinator, Content Acquisitions

The Content Acquisitions Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Awards Program and Content Acquisitions team. The Program Coordinator reports to the Senior Program Manager, while also collaborating with the Content Acquisitions team and cross-functional teams. The coordinator responsibilities are multidisciplinary and include administrative-, customer service- and business-minded knowledge. The Program Coordinator must be superbly organized and detail-oriented, as well as effective with time management. They must have strong operational skills to activate and scale the GoPro Awards program by helping to build a strong relationship with our creative community.


The Program Coordinator’s scope of work includes but is not limited to the following items:

· Provide community customer service to users and monitor email inbox

· Facilitate payments to creative comunity, tracking payment batches and providing follow-ups for users

· Support internal teams and stakeholders with programming, payments, and general awards-related questions

· Support team billing and invoice processes

· Assist with implementation of new processes and operations, as the department grows

Requirements:

· Account Management and/or Customer Service Expertise

· Payment, billing and invoice experience a must

· KeyNote, Powerpoint, Excel Knowledge is essential

· FCP, Premiere, GoPro Studio, Photoshop Knowledge is recommended

· Multidisciplinary and Cross Departmental Communication Experience

· BA or equivalent work experience
