Professional Marketing Communications Manager

As a part of the Marketing team, this position will have the primary responsibility to serve as first point of contact to support field inquiries and requests regarding an online benefits educational tool used by our clients customers. This position will also manage printed Marketing content through the refresh process. These responsibilities require close partnership with compliance, Print Procurement, e-business and other business partners.

Responsibilities
 Quickly develop an understanding of Group Benefits.
 Develop expertise on micro-site build requirements for custom landing pages
 Seek technical assistance from e-business partners to trouble-shoot issues, resolve in a timely manner
 Partner with team on collateral refresh process to ensure collateral is current, compliant and outdated content is purged.
 Maintain collateral status/change reports.
 Manage final mechanical online process and electronic filing, as well as hard-copy filing
 Manage collateral through compliance process when approval has expired
 Provide periodic review of the online Communications Catalog to check for inconsistencies in title, rev date, PDF, link to storage warehouse, etc.
 Run reports and log items in Compliance database.
 Partner effectively with other parts of the organization and various subject matter experts.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, such as marketing, communications, social media, journalism, e-business.
 Proven excellent writing and editing ability.
 Team player who can work effectively with business partners and cross functional "matrix" teams.
 Resourceful - knows how to make things happen.
 A self-starter who takes the initiative to identify needs and then develops realistic and creative solutions.
 Strong project management and organizational skills.
 Can work independently, handles ambiguity well.
