Production/Studio Manager - 12 month contract

Overview
This is a key role in enabling the aggressive growth and country expansion in EU. The EU production manager will lead in implementing robust project management across multi-channel creative production projects in all live EU markets.
As a key gatekeeper of the brand you will be responsible for ensuring that we are a global brand executed perfectly locally. A collaborative role, requiring strong team working skills, you will be working with both external agencies and internal stakeholders/teams.


The Work
- Responsibility for ensuring flawless execution of the brand visual identity as per the brand guidelines and campaign guidelines.
- Day to Day local creative production management across Consumer, Pro & Partner marketing projects.
- Ensuring robust project management with clear work back schedules and required approval gateways to ensure delivery of all projects by deadline, to budget and on brand.
- Working with the EU Consumer, Pro & Partner Marketing stakeholders, ensuring the brief meets the perceived deliverables. Writing clear briefs and SOWs.
- Primary point of contact and manager of nominated creative/production agency. Briefing the agency, managing the agency and reviewing agency performance to make sure of high quality work at negotiated rates.
- Partnering with the HQ creative team on production for local adaptation of advertising campaigns. Ensuring necessary approvals are acquired.
- Working closely with localisation team & engineering teams responsible for EU email and localisation production assets go live as per the marketing plan.
- Coordination with EU Channel Marketing to ensure creative consistency and maximum efficiency (prevention of doubling up).

Media
- Managing the production and on time delivery of advertising campaign ‘mechanicals’ and files (i.e. Print, OOH, Digital, Radio, TV) as per the approved media plan for Consumer, Partner & Pro ATL.

Expansion
- Project management of the localisation & creation of marketing, marketing emails Partner ATL/digital assets and Pro Marketing ATL assets. Working with localisation and engineering to create a robust workback schedules for owned channels.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing to ensure all copy is approved as per the marketing playbook for the relevant countries.
- Coordination with EU Enterprise, Pro & Channel Marketing to ensure seamless multi-channel deployment.


Qualifications needed
- 3-5 years experience of creative production for brands
- Advertising/Creative/Production agency experience, either working at or managing agencies for marketing campaigns.
- Experience building processes/work back schedules that enable delivery of assets on time and to brief, which involve multiple stakeholders/contributors
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience of evaluating agency costs to ensure negotiation of market rate.
- Budget planning & management, including resource planning to ebb & flow as output demands.
- Ability to appraise whether a creative localisation/adaptation meets brand guidelines.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage critical projects and deadlines. Demonstrates the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- 5% travel

Preferred qualifications
- Consumer Electronics experience.
- Strong critical thinking skills to anticipate problems, provide creative solutions and manage the potential for constant change.
- Creative critique, ability to provide constructive feedback on work in relation to a brief.
- Culture fit: fast paced, good communicator, problem solver, self-starter, analytical
