Production Services Administrator, Studios

We are looking for a Production Services Administrator which is closely tied to accounting and not Administrative Assistant roles. ​
•This person will work with the staff in the back lot of the client's Studio and has to take calls from inside and outside for renting sound stages, so they need to have excellent customer service skills. 

Accounting duties include: 
•This person will Create PO's (in SAP) for all Production Services 
•managing the PO's 
•process from opening to close 
•Add funds as needed 
•trouble shoot payment issues. 
•They will be set up as a Casual Buyer in SAP and Process invoices. 
•Coordinate safety walks of sound stages 
•calendar walk-thru 
•take pictures of needed repairs 
•follow-up with backlot departments with work orders. 
•Set up mtgs. for Stage walks. 
•Assist Sr. Mgr with employee records management 
•vacation calendars, time entries, collect rosters, etc. 
•update and distribute weekly production calendars. 
•Order and distribute office & kitchen supplies 
•act as department liaison for all IT, copier and vendor issues. 
•Jeans and T-Shirts are ok they need to wear closed toe shoes as they will walk thru sound stages, dress comfortable. 

Basic Qualifications: 
•Must be proficient with Excel for Production Stage Schedules, MS-Word, SAP, Outlook 
•Provide office management and accounting support to six (6) Production Services Departments.
