Production Manager/Producer - Activations, Shopper & Events

Our client is a specialist business focused on building unique retail activations for a range of high profile clients. With their multi faceted design team they are able to design, create and build bespoke POS and 3D displays to meet their clients' needs.

Currently they have an exciting new role for an energetic Producer. This role is a hybrid position, combining all the best bits of being a Production Manager and an Activations Producer. You'll take ownership over relationships with suppliers, and run projects all the way through including overseeing the execution and set up of the activation on site. It's a hands on role and well suited to someone who is highly organised and prefers not be tied to a desk all day long.

- Honest and transparent communication style

Relevant experience that's necessary for the job:
- 7+ Years production experience
- Strong financial acumen, you must have experience forecasting financials, meeting budgets and meeting profit margins
- Strong supplier relationships - experienced in negotiating prices and payment terms
- Full production and project management responsibilities for brand experience activations
- Ongoing measurement of projects against campaign KPIs and client expectations
- Business development and organic growth with existing and lapsed clients
- Lead internal teams and resources in developing responses to client briefs; prepare and present proposals and budgets

This role will see you:
- Lead role in the strategic development and quality delivery of shopper and experiential activations
- Work with the creative and client service teams understanding the importance of collaborative working in delivering the best result for the client
- Hands on project management and production capability with exceptional troubleshooting skills
- Supplier management and liaison with internal support divisions including staffing and OHS
- Financial management including scoping projects, budget management throughout the project lifecycle and timely reconciliation
- Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in line with client expectations and company values
