Production Manager, Training & Education

The Production Manager report directly to the Director and is responsible for working with cross-functional partners to adapt and develop elevated, resourceful training materials with artistic ability, that improve service levels and ultimately drive sales. MUST BE AN EXPERT WITH INDESIGN! Passion for beauty/fashion Training & Education is a must. Candidate is an Ideal brand ambassador that can inspire, motivate, and educate in print and/or in person.

Key Accountabilities:

• Review and understand business goals and create strategies in partnership with the cross-functional partners to deliver training tools that educate, inspire, drive sales, improve service and selling skills, develop and evolve artistic ability and improve key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Sales & Training field teams, the Artistry Department, partners on the Education Development team, Channel Merchant teams, Legal & Regulatory, GMPD, and other key partners in the business.
• Work collaboratively to design and develop multi-channel educational tools including training workshops to support new launches, and training materials necessary to support Sales Trainers, and Field Representatives in delivering exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Work collaboratively with Education Development and Artistry partners to create Train the Trainer, Seasonal Academies and necessary training modules & materials.
• Work with team to review/develop materials that continue the evolution of internal Certification Program.
• Continuous review and revision of educational tools, to include product updates and Legal & Regulatory compliance.
• Attend, participate and facilitate during Train the Trainer sessions, Sales & Training Department meetings and conference calls.
• Monitor field training to ensure successful execution and assess learning levels to inform future trainings.
• Assist in maintaining Ed Development Team Calendar.

Job Qualifications:

• Passion for cosmetics, and skincare
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven ability to develop educational materials and facilitate educational seminars, ensuring participant learning, enjoyment and mastery of content
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast paced and ever evolving work environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
