You are passionate about the games/platform space and want to build out the games product that will power games distribution across AOL properties, Ad.com Partners and the web. You will leverage your understanding of advertisers, publishers, developers and users, as well as the games industry and technologies to develop the product that supports this powerful platform.
You are comfortable with a role that is both client-facing and internal-facing. You must have a vision for the future of games platforms so we can continue to innovate and stay on the cutting edge. In this role, you will do everything from brainstorming features to customer/competitor research to wireframing to developing specifications to working closely with developers. Given the varying types of people you will work with, whether technical or not, the ability to communicate effectively be it in person, in writing, or over the phone is essential.
It’s important that you have strong business judgment, understanding of current web trends and technologies, mastery of product management best practices, and a keen focus on consumers. You are someone with passion and obsession for building world-class web products and experiences, and know how to translate these qualities into winning Internet products and services.
