Production Manager

Manage outside production companies and resources for this top tech company, both procedurally and financially. Define tactical requirements and scope for projects, and help to reinforce production best practices from creative briefing to launch. Own project based budgets, schedules for multiple concurrent projects and drive client communication. Create relationships with senior management and represent production timing and expenditures to them. Be the champion for all kinds of media. Be above the factions Requirements: At least 5 years of world-class production experience. Experience with in-house creative and production methodologies. Experience wearing multiple hats as production business manager, talent affairs, music negotiations, and rights and legal clearances. Experience working with new and innovative technologies. Global experience and ability to work in fast-paced, start-up environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree preferably in marketing, advertising, and/or communications.
-5-7 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
-Meticulous, highly organized, and strong project management skills.
-Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and deadline-oriented environment
-Strong experience in interactive & digital marketing environments
-Creative and strategic thinker
-Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JS,..)
-Digital/Broadcast Producer experience

Responsibilities:
-Spearhead production of multiple .com branded executions; managing execution across multiple devices, platforms, and executions, and ensure all marketing efforts are seamless.
-Responsible for the execution of project schedules, management of asset creation and oversees the entire schedule of all marketing initiatives.
-Partners with internal business teams in close coordination with marketing, sales, and creative to identify the full breadth of content and asset needs.
-Drive & manage the production of all assets (digital and print) including copy, graphics, branding playbooks, and other documentation needs.
-Program manage marketing calendar to provide holistic oversight of key marketing initiatives and campaigns.
-Work closely with creative and technical team to develop proposals, SOW's (project scope, schedules, and budgets)
-Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget
-Responsible for flawless, effective communication with marketing, creative and development teams
-Complete management of the delivery, feedback and revision process
-Make suggestions and understand when requested revisions may interfere with the quality of the deliverable
-Work with publishers and project teams to understand and effectively communicate technical development specs
-Work directly with other Producers to understand resource availability and plan resources effectively
-Maintain the fiscal health of the project by monitoring scope-creep and managing the project budget
