Due to continued growth the team are looking for an experienced Production Executive/ Project Manager to join the team. As the PE/ PM your key responsibilities will be support a team of senior producers and assist with the facilitation of live experiences throughout the production process, including all stages of preproduction, production, onsite, and postproduction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas & solutions to briefs.
• Liaise with clients, key stakeholders, suppliers and internal creatives, strategists and design teams at all stages of the project to make sure everything is on brief, on time and on budget.
• Create, maintain and reconcile budgets for specific events/ projects.
• Manage event logistics (everything from insurance, risk assessment, OHS, freight, waste management, traffic management, security, venue, travel, accommodation, entertainment work visas, etc).
• Work with the wider agency team to promote live brand experiences, ensuring all targets are met. This involves planning and executing campaigns across: TV, radio, print, outdoor, PR, Social and digital.


Must Haves
• 3yr + agency experience working on the delivery of Live Brand Experiences.
• Previous experience managing the entire production process, from preproduction, production, onsite and postproduction.
• Positive attitude and all round fun, can do legend attitude.
