This team is looking for an energetic studio production designer to help with reactionary assistance projects in our studio. This position will support our studio directors, art directors, and designers to help complete short notice fire drill projects in a fast paced design agency style of the studio.

We’re looking for contributors to our growing team working on new ways to push the future and we are seeking a designer with proactive and reactive skills to assist with short notice asks. As a production designer, you will play an important role assisting our team with the production of compelling marketing materials while interfacing with some of the top product marketing managers in the world. You will also be interacting with cross-Company groups to ensure alignment and timely high-quality delivery of quick turn assets.

Candidate Responsibilities
- Work closely with Brand Producers to assist with the production of marketing asset creation.
- Take initial direction from Creative Director, Art Director, team designers and producers for short notice reactive design tasks.
- Complete projects with little guidance after initial direction via organizational and time management skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
2 years Production/ePro design experience designing and editing print/video creative materials or related industry experiences; preferably on an agile team in a fast-paced reactive development environment.

Ability to design in PowerPoint is a must as well as experience using Adobe products such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Detailed oriented design skills with clear, concise, and specific follow through on all action items resulting from meetings and/or directions from the studio producers, creative directors, and art directors.

Understand the basics of creative design and take direction well. This position is role that involves assisting other designers by picking up small reactive and review projects with guidance from producers and designers.

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly come up to speed with new projects is an absolute must with the ability to not get flustered with short notice project completion requests.

Ability to identify and understand the basics of design and be able to spot poor letter/line spacing and color values. Must be able to detect differences in colors, know when to use color values, and assure that brand colors are being used at all times.

The ability to balance multiple projects with short deadlines is a must. Therefore strong interpersonal communication and cross-team collaboration skills with the proven ability to work with, and build win-win relationships with, creative teams (e.g. graphic and video production artists), technical people (e.g. developers), and producers alike. When conflicts occur, you provide quick examples to support questions without delaying project timelines.

A high level of enthusiasm, ingenuity, self-motivation, resourcefulness and drive for results in a fast-paced competitive space. Must have a positive and team-oriented attitude as we all contribute to the quality of our work.
