Are you looking for an opportunity to join a wonderful team of people? Our client, a financial services company focused on commercial real estate, is looking for a new addition to the team. This is a Contract to Hire role working with a team of Marketing Assistants, a Senior Designer and reporting to the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate will understand how to work within style guidelines and also optimize designs for the web. Responsibilities include working to update dots on maps, revise charts, update data in fact sheets and presentations, make updates to the website, update flyers, prep files for digital and offset printing.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
• Ensure adherence to corporate design standards
• Facilitate collateral and presentations through the review process, incorporating management, executive and compliance requests into material — keeping projects moving to completion
• Adhere to file management standards, including file naming and archiving

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a graphic or production design role
• Ability to demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and creativity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, project management skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Strong attention to detail
• PC literate—Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash and Acrobat in a PC-based environment (CS5 environment)
