The client's Learning & Entertainment team, who is responsible for the event and workshop programming within the company's retail stores, is looking for a mid-level Production Designer to help a team creating world class workshops that engage and excite customers in company stores. This role works closely with its team of event strategists, event producers producers and creatives (design, copy, development) to grow one of the company's program curriculums and rolling it out worldwide.

Key Qualifications
3 - 5 years experience as a graphic designer for creative industries, either client-side or agency-side.
Expert knowledge of Adobe CC suite and other industry-standard creative tools.
Experience with design for digital (web, mobile, digital displays) and print (signage, documents).
Working knowledge of Keynote and Pages.
Impeccable use of typography and composition.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Create visual content that explains advanced technology in ways accessible to everyone.
Ability to take feedback and rapidly prototype.
Ability to concisely and effectively articulate the rationale behind their work.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Description
This role helps produce internal and customer-facing content for client workshops and events. Content includes workshop presentations, facilitator ‘how to’ guides, and assets for the various promotion touchpoint in-store and online.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter, a faster learner, who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with quick turnarounds.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject, MBA preferred.
