Our client, a large advertising agency in Buckhead is searching for a Production Coordinator to join their ever growing team. In this role, you will coordinate and support the development and completion of all print and broadcast production, including some digital activity. Position includes the coordination of all phases from initial scheduling, estimating, reviewing projects with print, broadcast teams, quality control, development progress, printing, delivery and follow through.

-Coordination of all phases of projects from initial scheduling, estimating, reviewing projects within the print and broadcast teams
-Quality control of the development process
-Ability to identify both standard and unique resources, including: maintain existing vendor relationship - day to day with relationships with printers, vendors and reps
-Identify new vendors and qualify them for production capabilities, cost effectiveness and quality control
-Comfortable with and resourceful in arranging for non-traditional production solutions, including experimental, dimensional and activation production needs
-Determine the production method best to meet the budget requirements
-Obtain vendor quotes, issue purchase orders, manage billing and reconciliation
-Obtain all specs, upload all final materials to vendors; review proofs and assure superb quality control, including: out of home: confirming postings and quality control for outdoor and print
-Ensure consistency and quality control through the print production process manage logistics of distribution - on time and on budget

Experience: 2-4 years in print production and/or project management
