Production Coordinator

Looking a Production Coordinator who will be responsible for securing rights, organizing and logging of all incoming licensed or produced still assets as well as assisting and supporting producers with production outlines, planning and contract management.

The production coordinator will secure and follow up on all photo acquisitions for all categories, including but not limited to Action, Adventure, Music, Motorsports and Family.

The coordinator responsibilities are multi-disciplinary and include administrative, creative and business-minded knowledge.

The Production Coordinator must be superbly organized and detail-oriented, as well as effective with time management

Responsibilities
The Production Coordinator will develop, maintain and supervise the following workflows which include but are not limited to:

Pre-Production
· Review event + partnership contracts before photo productions are organized

· Assist producers with any potential legal restrictions. Attempt to clear all legal documents prior to production.

· Work with Producers to coordinate any participation agreements

· Support producers with production logistics (travel, lodging, transportation, permits and gear)

· Ensure athlete and ambassador contracts are current

Post Production
Content Management
- Ensure all legal Clearance
-Confirm venues, athlete and participants have all signed proper legal documents.
· Tag and log all rights clearances on all assets.

· Follow up with pending content agreements to secure rights and payments

· Work with producers to coordinate production re-cap: Collect any product information, success and failures, and asset deliverables

· Communicate any red flags on photo assets to team

Other
· Ensure all existing contract templates are up to date and maintain template library

· Identifying needs for new contract templates

· Maintain weekly catch-ups on vertical categories for producers


Knowledge of Creative Software—Adobe, Keynote, Powerpoint, and Excel knowledge are essential
· 1-2 year minimum in relevant experience, project management a plus

· BA or equivalent work experience

· Multidisciplinary and Cross Departmental Communication

· Understanding of photoshoot productions

· Knowledge of rights management and contract review

· Strong Communication and Organizational Skills

· Knowledge of Project management Software

· Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
