Our Product Photo Studio provides compelling product imagery that elevates the brand vision. To accomplish this, we leverage the power of modern technologies, skill-sets and services. As part of our evolution, the Product Photo Studio is seeking a Footwear Production Coordinator to drive the execution of premium, accurate and on-time product image creation from line plan through to retail. You will work across multiple categories using data, product, material, color and graphic information in a high volume and fast-paced production environment. Qualified candidates will be highly detail-oriented, exceptionally well organized, and collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills.

• Problem solving the sticking points in the production process to keep the production team moving

• Negotiating shared needs with other teams, and coordinating co-production

• Controlling quality of assets
• Conducting file backups for production and routing of assets
• Understanding how files are produced (complex Photoshop files); intelligently communicating changes to internal teams and vendors
• Understanding file types (pixel and vector art, color spaces, and file composition)
• Problem solving and process innovation
• Ability to master the tools being used by the team, and always looking at the best ways to adapt them to each project, or improve them
• Ability to negotiate the internal processes, communicate team needs, and obtain results in an ever-changing environment
• Archive workflows
• Coordinate location and movement of electronic files with Customer Service and Production departments
• Participate in developing, maintaining and continuously improving the digital asset workflow
• Digital file management including performing all database administration functions
• Quality control review of digital and analog deliverers for accuracy and completeness
• Uploading and downloading of digital assets
• Uploads, logs and names all images and inputs various metadata in databases for tracking and archiving
• Prepares files to specific direction from lead or management level positions and according to client specifications
• With indirect supervision, ensures timely and accurate performance of responsibilities for a single functional area or work group produces quality results with work periodically reviewed by more senior staff
• Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely distribution and recollection of client merchandise to and from all responsible parties throughout the Photo Studio production workflow based on photo layouts and photo schedules, according to work order specifications.
• Ensures high quality consistency across a range of Photographic Artwork by evaluating condition of received client merchandise (i.e. defects), and by digitally (i.e. database) and physically (i.e. warehouse) tagging, cataloging, tracking, and monitoring status of client merchandise, throughout
the Photo Studio process.


Qualifications / Experience
• 2+ years experience successfully delivering results in a project management capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design/Art, Supply Chain or related field
• Product creation experience preferred
• Experience working in a creative environment, especially a commercial photography studio environment a plus
• Experience effectively working in a cross-functional environment
• Strong influence, collaboration, presentation and organization skills
• Strong formal and informal, written and verbal communication skills
• Technical aptitude
• Advanced Excel skills a must
• Abode creative suite experience preferred
