RETAIL/FASHION INDUSTRY
START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT: 1 YEAR | M-F | 40 HRS/WEEK
PAY: $19-$22/HR

THE TEAM | THE OUTLINE
A dynamic, high-performing, growing team responsible for front-end web, and email content production for a major local fashion retailer's e-commerce channel. We do in-house what most companies use agencies for, and we pride ourselves on flawless execution in an environment of growth-oriented change! What's so significant about this? This is a chance become a part of a fun-loving, collaborative and creative team!

Our fantastic team works hand-in-hand with our partners in: Marketing, Web Design, Web Development and Merchandising to produce a best-in-class shopping experience visited by almost a million people per day.

WE NEED SOMEONE AMAZING:
Someone great to support us in the Associate Producer role, helping us with the day-to-day project management of scheduling and deploying marketing content in email and on the front end of our website.

This includes things like:
• Creating detailed implementation schedules for projects. You will be the one ensuring all of our ducks are in a row!
• Developing build requests for our web developers for individual pieces of content
• Ensuring all creative assets are delivered to the requesting parties on time and in the correct file format
• Managing email QA via third party tools
• Working cross-functionally with other teams. This is a great chance to be exposed to other avenues of greatness in our company! We know we aren't the only team that is awesome. Go ahead, see what others will be working on!
• Troubleshooting and driving the resolution of project and tool related issues as they arise

YOU ARE THAT AMAZING, BECAUSE YOU ARE:
A clear communicator with a laser focus on the details. You don't wait to be told what to do next, because you've already identified it. You're totally at home in web tools and interfaces, even when they're not pretty and user-friendly. You're handy in Google Docs. You know what an HTML tag looks like and maybe what a few of them do. Maybe you've solved a problem once or twice by viewing source on a page. You can establish relationships with your counterparts. At a minimum, you have:
• A Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of experience in Online Marketing, Web/E-Commerce, or a related field
• An understanding of web production and release processes
• A working knowledge of how marketing emails are created and deployed using a third party (Vendor relations experience a plus)
• An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat
• Experience with content management systems
• An ability to respond quickly and thoughtfully to changes in project details or scope

Competitive familiarity with online shopping in the fashion/retail space is a plus.
