Production Artist/Coordinator TN

Are you interested of being a part of an 8 member team of an agency, who will be sitting on site at a client being a Production Artist/ Coordinator?

I have a great opportunity for you! This is an immediate need

You will be working in InDesign, able to maneuver through image databases easily. With Direction from Creative, place content (images, copy, etc.) on a page.

Organization and Coordination skills are definitely a plus.

II. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• National Circulars – 50%
o Gathers and coordinates accurate information for circular preparation from SAP Promo Workbench file. Follows up and partners with Merchandising teams on issues.
o Proof circulars and in-store price signage needed to support Circular events

• Event Signs – 20%
o Coordinates, manages, executes and proofs all center court / in-store event signing initiatives not related to circulars.

• Price Cut – 10%
o Coordinates, manages, executes and proofs 8 Price Cut initiatives per year that include in-store handbills and price signs.

• End Cap Program – 10%
o Coordinates, manages, executes and proofs quarterly End Cap signs.

• Grand Opening and Dels Circulars – 10%
o Manages Grand Opening Schedules
o Coordinates Page Allocation, gathers and coordinates accurate information for circular preparation from SAP Promo Workbench file. Follows up and partners with Merchandising teams on issues.

• May perform other duties as assigned *

III. Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience).

• High School diploma, college degree preferred, or at least two years experience in a printing or associated industry. Proofreading experience required.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems
• Demonstrate strong problem solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, positively handle conflict, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Display detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Mac application ability helpful.
• Ability to identify proper word usage, grammatical and spelling errors.
