Responsibilities may include designing a wide range of materials including; presentations (in various formats), proposal graphics, banner presentations and corporate image pieces.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Design flyers, pamphlets, brochures, presentation materials and other graphic work for the office, and brokers.
• Use company branding/templates within their respective office
• Use information display, typography & design principles knowledge to produce innovative, quality collateral materials
• Develop ideas and concepts into designs
• Take an active role in working with your Manager/Brokers to develop client-oriented interpretations and graphics of market trends and other pertinent information
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations


• Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Accomplished with Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in: Adobe CS: InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator and - ESRI ArcView GIS/Mapping Software (will teach candidate)
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Ability to interact well peers and clients
• Consistently demonstrate a high level of performance and professionalism
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Work well individually and in a collaborative team environment
