Position Description:
This is strictly a production artist role. Look and feel and templates will be established by the Sr. Designer and this person will update them and implement edits. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills required. The client is willing to train in powerpoint needs.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Critical to our desire to uphold the highest quality standards, the presentation specialist/production coordinator collaborates with consultants, project managers, editors, and graphic designers across the company to support the development of superior learning materials for our clients and captivating proposals for new business.

Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for formatting lengthy presentations and creating templates in line with client brand standards
• Works with Creative Team to maintain consistent quality and standards across all of our learning modules
• Assist the editorial coordinator in ensuring error-free, well-written presentation materials for all of our client programs
• Responsible for producing a high volume of internal, external, print and digital projects that adhere to supplied specifications
• Consistently applying and enforcing style/brand guidelines
• Contributes to overall studio management, aiding in development, implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures, studio guidelines and best practices, server file organization, and studio supply maintenance
• Manage and maintains the handling of assets and files, complying with standardized archiving practices and post-production handoff
• Familiarity with production requirements and working with outside vendors, i.e. printers, exhibit vendors, and other agencies
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree preferred
• Expertise and proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite); equivalent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - specifically Powerpoint
• Project coordination experience in a collaborative environment
• Experience working successfully in a high-volume production environment
• Experience editing and proofreading instructional materials - simply will be a second or third set of eyes, not heavy editing/proofing
• Experience working in a client services environment and handling highly confidential information
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-management and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-managed, and confident working under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Ability to think quickly, solve problems and offer solutions

PREFERRED & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven project coordination and task management ability
• Due to strict deadlines, this role requires an individual who can not only work under pressure, but can also effectively multitask to account for priorities that can shift hourly
• Project coordination experience, including maintaining timelines and proactively following up on deliverables with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, keeping track of multiple streams of work for several clients
• High degree of detail orientation with the ability to see the big picture
• Experience and interest in visual design with a proven ability to understand client brand standards, the intended audience of a given presentation, and the importance of clear visual communication in teaching complex concepts
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills. Will apply a systematic approach to proofreading, and thinks broadly to ensure consistency across all presentation tools for a given program
• Takes pride in their work and the work of their team
