Production / Traffic Coordinator

Come work for one one of the biggest leaders in higher education! Our client located in Northern Virginia is an association with a mission focused on bettering graduate programs and higher education. This position plays a key role within the marketing and communications team. Candidate hired will be responsible for managing all team projects in Trello, interfacing with clients on project brief deliverables, timelines and status, and maintaining the other internal data programs and projects.

Duites and Responsibilities:

Drive workflow efficiencies and project visibility within and across all marketing and communication projects related to marketing creative, content, email campaigns, social media.
  • Ensure project teams consider key milestones such as kick-off meetings and legal review during Campaign Brief development.

  • Schedule key milestone meetings as needed.

  • Act as Traffic Cop for all Project Briefs. Manage client expectations of marketing and communication resource capacity and production capabilities to ensure alignment before project is entered into Trello.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing on Campaign Brief projects to ensure milestones and deadlines are current (if project changes) and on track.

  • Ensure that the Director, Corporate Brand Communications is apprised of any potential conflicts or trouble spots.

  • Proactively manage the internal database. Establish a versioning system, maintain organization and ensure outdated files are not available.

  • Provide education and training to new internal database users.

  • Coordinate with internal teams on collateral needs for key events, anticipating deadlines, budgets and resources.
