Product Training Specialist

Ideal candidate will have previous training and curriculum building experience. He/she will partner with the Training Manager and support the department as a project manager within training/e-Learning. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a sales training development role (product/brand related preferred), paired with strong project management is required. Talent will have worked with internal creative teams to produce materials. This role is critical to partner with the product teams to develop and market the various brands, and create or improve the training process as a whole.

This person will have a multi-faceted role, including curriculum development for new product launches, segment specific and Representative Agency training, Customer Training and Brand Specific Training.
This person will also be the liaison with the training department, and other outside contractors, training vendor partners, and employees.

Candidate will work with the creative department to develop and distribute product training materials, presentations, eLearning tools, and produce reports on the effectiveness of these items.
STRONG excel is required.

Other requirements include:
Must be extremely action-oriented.
Must be comfortable delegating tasks, and diplomatically sorting out demands from your peers.
Coordinating events/webinars.
Research/discover with SMEs in the field.
Manage outside vendors, project schedules and related budgets.
Communication with vendors and internal stakeholders on process/program development.


EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

Ability to travel is required- domestic, approximately 25% to our representatives, customers and training vendor partner
