Product Server Champion

The role is channel focused on is ultimately measured by meeting the sales growth targets of the channel and specified quota. This individual will execute a channel management plan, leverage Distribution resources and market development activities that fill channel capacity gaps, secure commitment from the right resellers to build the sales and technical.

The Product Server Champion will be responsible for:

• Evangelizing our products on a daily basis via phone, email and in-person.
• Driving product/technical training and sales floor support
• Meet customer reach targets, sell into demand, as well as upsell and cross sell.
• Educating partner communities on features/functionality
• Help our partners develop customer solutions by recommending our products
• Answer product/technical and licensing questions on our products
• Maintain day to day contact with partners through Yammer and our breadth community portal to drive continuous sales growth within the product suite.
• Provide business and segment groups with regular and valuable insights on challenges and opportunities at our partners as well as understanding of competitor products and their offers at partners.
• Understand and maintain ongoing learning of our product value propositions, technical capabilities, and ongoing changes to the features in relation to competitor offerings.
• Pulling the right levers that result in a strong, growing partner ecosystem that can support the sales of products

Prerequisites:

• Familiar with products
• 3-5 years technical experience
• 3-5 years working with SMB organizations
• Experience with Canadian technology distributers and reseller organization
• Channel experience an asset
• Bachelor of Business preferred
