The manager requires somebody in role by the 11th March ideally
This role will pay up to £55000 and will run until the end of June initially
This will be a 2 stage interview process with a test.

Release Comments: Manager is seeking a Product Planning Assistant to work within the team that drives product planning for an exciting, well-known Telco product. They will be involved with creating and driving planning activities, putting this into a rhythm for the teams. The role will include reviewing portfolios, products capture, management feedback and request management. They will work closely with the PM team to keep them honest to what they have committed to.

They will be updating the SharePoint site to create a creative, attractive and easy to use site as well as work on polishing the team calendar so it can easily be kept up to date and easy to use. They will have excellent Communication skills and be comfortable working flexible hours to manage the Time zones within this role.

They will have worked at a matrix organization within cross functional groups being highly organized with excellent attention to detail. They will have a knack for SharePoint and ideally some user experience/UI knowledge.

- Proven Operational Planning activities background
- Highly detailed and organized
- Multiple projects – ability to multitask across them
- Converse with SharePoint

They will be adaptable and be able to demonstrate courage of their decisions, a proved self-starter with ability to make progress and navigate through chaos. They will be able to work by themselves but as a team over a global environment.
