Product Partnerships Coordinator/Admin.

Seeking a top tier candidate for the Strategic Product Partnerships team.
This position will be responsible for coordinating all internal and external meetings within the department.
The Coordinator will also manage hectic calendars, expense reports and coordinate travel for a director as well as other members of the team if needed.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills.

· Coordinate internal and external meetings

· Manage hectic calendars for senior staff and team

· Generate reports as necessary

· Prepare team expense reports

· Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements

· General office duties as necessary

· Act as a liaison to other departments to ensure tasks are completed

· 5+ years of administrative experience - 1 yr. preferably with engineering team

· Excellent computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Candidate must have worked in a startup, tech, or action sports company preferably

· FAST Paced team so candidates who have experience in that type of environments are a better fit.

· Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

· Be an absolute coordination whiz

· Ability to hit the ground running and take charge of the position

· Constantly searching for new and exciting ways to do things

· Be self-directed and take initiative

· Ability to prioritize multiple assignments

· Always on the lookout for the next great thing in travel (hotels, flights, restaurants)

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
