This is an exciting time to join a company in a digital focused growth phase, pushing the boundaries and driving innovation is core to their strategy. This expanding Product Marketing digital team is being spearheaded by an inspirational, prominent, Head of Product Marketing & Acquisition.

The purpose of this cross sell solutions product marketing role is to drive revenue through developing and implementing product marketing strategies for existing, and new mobile / cloud POS solutions. This diverse role includes the planning and execution of product releases, go to market strategies and adding value to channel acquisition campaigns and customer lifecycle communications.

Core Objectives:

Develop product positioning which guides the marketing and sales activities, ensuring alignment to over arching strategy
As a hands-on operator you will facilitate the implementation of the marketing strategy for relevant products
Draw insights from market research to enhance the marketing strategy
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for existing, new and upcoming products and services within cross sell product sets, including marketing strategies for:
Launch & Awareness
Naming & Branding
Positioning and Message Development
Content Development
Supporting Collateral - packaging, digital assets etc
Working with the Product and Operational teams you will ensure an optimum client experience and drive feature adoption, upgrades & cross sell opportunities
Cross sell is your domain and you will deliver a regular program of communication to support the retention, renewal, upsell and winback teams
You will be responsible for managing cross sell solution budgets including forecasting, and reporting

You will be:
An experienced product marketing professional with the ability to develop and drive marketing plans
Can demonstrate the ability to manage projects within a cross functional environment
Have experience of managing commercial revenue targets and operational expenses
Being a results driven operator, you will bring proven experience in lead generation, managing sponsorship programs / events and customer retention and engagement know-how
A confident communicator is essential for this opportunity as you will be building stakeholder relationships across a broad range of the business
