Our client seeks a Product Marketing Specialist

As a key member of the marketing team, the Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for outbound marketing activities for our clients' products and services. They will work closely with product management, marketing communications, demand generation, sales and other cross organizational team members to successfully launch and market client products and services. The Product Marketing Specialist will also be a strong communicator who understands our buyers and can craft positioning, messaging and communication tools to differentiate our products and services within our target market. They also will assist in developing and executing targeted marketing programs that drive demand and help equip sales with tools to achieve company revenue goals.

  • Plans, develops and executes go-to-market strategies and associated go-to-market launch plans to support the product roadmap and participates in cross-organizational teams to facilitate go-to-market launches
  • Develops product positioning and role-based messaging to help establish defensible competitive differentiation within client target market
  • Develops collateral and related marketing materials for client products and services including website content, collateral, playbooks, webinars, demos, videos and other relevant marketing tools
  • Collaborates with demand generation team, market development and marketing communications to develop integrated demand generation and marketing programs for client product and service offerings
  • Collaborates with sales, product management and training team to develop sales enablement tools and training that support the selling process
  • Understands our buyers and their buying criteria; develops buyer intelligence and buyer personas to drive marketing programs and support the sales channel
  • Works with product management to ensure products are defined properly to meet the needs of the buyer personas in the target markets

  • 3+ years of software or SaaS product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing or equivalent experience
  • Experience creating multi-media product/solution demos a plus
  • Experience and understanding of healthcare, EMR, Practice Management, Revenue cycle and/or SaaS-based BPO a plus
  • Pragmatic Marketing experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office
