Product Marketing Specialist

Aquent's client is looking for a full-time marketer with strong project management and marketing asset creation skills to spearhead development of marketing collateral for our advertiser-supported original online shows.

Overall Responsiblities:
We are looking for a passionate marketer with proven experience in developing marketing assets to lead B2B collateral development for advertiser-supported original shows. You will oversee the production of best-in-class marketing assets (videos, narratives, event toolkits, etc.) by combining expert project management skills with a passion for marketing to create high-impact collateral that will inspire and educate advertisers.

You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing partners and sales teams to collect their needs, as well as obtain all necessary internal and external approvals and permissions for B2B marketing assets and collateral. You will work with creative agencies to define milestones, assign resources, develop creatives, and help projects meet deadlines. You will also manage all project-related communications with team members, internal stakeholders, and external production teams, ensuring all parties have the latest information and are set-up for success. This job requires you to be an expert juggler, a master planner and a flexible project manager who can balance multiple projects at once and deliver in a timely manner.

Top 3 daily responsibilities:

  1. Direct creative agency to develop marketing assets (including, but not limited to: videos, show narratives, etc) for advertiser-supported original shows, including project managing all aspects of marketing asset creation, including obtaining all necessary internal and external approvals and coordinating communications with teams.
  2. Responsible for development and delivery of all assets in a timely manner and for adhering to global brand standards and voice.
  3. Act as the go-to for B2B collateral-specific questions, providing guidance and support to all teams involved to set them up for success.


Required Skills:
BA/BS degree, Marketing preferred
3-5 years of project management and marketing asset creation experience in marketing and/or advertising.
Demonstrated ability to produce video and marketing assets in partnership with creative agencies.
A highly organized and self-motivated individual.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under to pressure to adhere to tight deadlines.
Skillful collaborator and effective (written/oral) communicator given the interactions the job requires between internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders.
Experience working with creative agencies.
