Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement

Our client, the global leader in digital marketing and digital media solutions, is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join their Digital Publishing Product Marketing team for a year long contract. The ideal Product Marketing Manager will have a strong skill set in sales enablement! In this position, you will be responsible for maximizing customer engagement and sales enablement to drive growth of a hosted enterprise publishing solution. Essential to this role is the ability to define and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy and supporting sales deliverables that incorporate learning and input from a broad set of constituents, both internal and external. This role will take ownership of the creation and distribution of enterprise sales tools, collateral, and programs as well as define corresponding metrics to enable highly productive and successful global sales and business development organizations in a complex sales cycle.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that incorporates the requirements of enterprise customers as well as the needs of the global field sales and business development organizations to support revenue targets
• Execute effective sales enablement programs and materials to successfully increase mindshare and adoption of hosted enterprise publishing solution across a broad range of traditional publishing and corporate publishing customers
• Establish, track and measure appropriate sales enablement KPIs to understand the impact of programs on sales cycles and pipeline
• Align sales enablement activities to key product marketing objectives, solution milestones and thought leadership programs
• Drive comprehensive competitive analysis working across functional and field teams
• Maintain a pulse on a dynamic market in order to rapidly adjust sales enablement approach and programs as required to drive sales revenue and meet stated KPIs
• Build strong partnership with Product Management team to maintain visibility into product roadmap and clear understanding of solution feature set and workflows in order to accurately reflect technical information in sales materials.
• Build awareness internally around sales enablement initiatives and programs
• Extend sales enablement activities globally, building strong partnerships with regional Field Sales and Field Marketing organizations

Requirements
• Bachelors degree (preferred) in business, marketing, related area or equivalent experience
• Requires 3-5 years experience in marketing with prior experience defining and executing sales enablement materials and programs for a global organization
• Ability to translate solution workflows and features into actionable sales messages for target customer base
• Experience marketing enterprise-level software or SaaS solutions with in-depth knowledge of enterprise sale cycles
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively, and coordinate/deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated writing skills with experience writing sales materials and contributing copy/editorial to basic product collateral as necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to inform a perspective and materials with analysis of relevant data.
• Experience working in a sales-oriented corporate environment a plus
• Must be willing to travel on an as-needed basis
• Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment

• This is a 1 year, full-time, W2 contract position located in Seattle, WA
