Product Marketing Manager, POS Solutions

Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will assist in developing and implementing Point of Sale (POS) portfolio solutions strategy across all facets of the Travel Network, including financial, product marketing and management and sales enablement. This person will be responsible for bringing new thinking and discipline into the ways we engage with customers. The role will collaborate with product marketing/management, technology, and delivery support teams.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the go-to-market strategies and execution plans for Point of Sale portfolio

- Lead a team of product marketing managers to create and define overall Point of Sales value proposition that links portfolio and service solutions under one umbrella.

- Own the overall strategy for marketing to our existing customers – to drive retention, attach sales, satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy in the most efficient and productive way possible

- Own the overall strategy for Attach – to drive new business model and tactics for engaging existing customers to increase awareness, conversion and monetization of add-on products and services beyond the legacy software

- Demonstrated ability to assume leadership position

- An "influencer" who can rally people around a common vision - a high energy, natural leader

- A self-starter with a bias for action; someone who advances his/her team’s and company’s goals while working in concert with other groups

- Skills in the areas of pricing, segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, branding and labeling

- Familiar with B2C and B2B business models

- Assist in the product planning, lifecycle, development, and day to day activities of the Point of Sale (POS) portfolio.

- Familiar with pragmatic marketing concepts, financial analysis, business modeling, and forecasting.

- This includes developing, implementing and influencing Customer Experience as a business discipline informed by Voice of Customer insights.

- Assist in creating GTM, PRD/MRDs, technical data sheets, presentations.

- High energy & positive mindset with a "can do", solution-oriented attitude

- Amazing leader that can build, develop, empower, and inspire teams
