Product Marketing Manager: Finance/Healthcare

This will be a six-month assignment. Reporting to VP, Senior Business Banking Product & Segment Marketing Manager and will work with Marketing, agencies and key business line stakeholders to develop and produce campaigns for multiple business lines including consumer, business banking, Private Banking and wealth. Initial assignment will focus on updating exhibit and supporting materials for the client. Experience marketing to Health Care vertical a plus. Tradeshow marketing expertise will also be needed – from larger-scale booth/exhibit design through production, agency management, pre and post event marketing activities, and event administration.

The ideal candidate has

- 7-10 years of experience creating end-to-end marketing campaigns for both consumer and business banking ranging from deposit gathering to demand generation for lending, credit card, and ancillary bank products and services. With industry experience in both finance and healthcare.

- Combined experience working in a dynamic corporate bank marketing or agency environment, and for companies who also market/sell products/services with a strong trade show presence.

- Excellent writing skills, great interpersonal communication abilities, and a demonstrated ability to manage projects and events with attention to detail, is critical.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-channel marketing programs to acquire new accounts, increase revenue, and retain existing accounts
• Analyze and interpret backend performance of marketing programs to efficiently utilize marketing budget
• Utilize marketing budget and other resources to deliver marketing campaigns on time, within budget, and at quality standards while complying with legal and regulatory guidelines
• Work with product team, channel experts, and other internal stakeholders to achieve business growth and revenue goals
• Work with the marketing team to plan the creative, booth layout, production and logistics for exhibits, shows and conferences.
• Other multi channel marketing/demand generation and brand/awareness campaigns/projects as needed/assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 7 years marketing experience in financial services with consumer and/or business products including checking, deposit, and lending products
• Broad channel experience including direct, digital, print/media, branch merchandising and event marketing
• Experience with exhibits/tradeshows coordination and management in the (banking and healthcare) industry(ies) is a plus (Is this a plus or is this a requirement?)
• Excellent communication and concept development skills, including writing, proof reading, editing.
• Works effectively across internal and external marketing, sales and communications channels
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities: Ability to manage workloads and prioritize requests to meet hard deadlines with little supervision
