This role is envisioned as someone who can step in and develop strategies and tactics for their products in a way that engages their external customers and audiences. They need someone who understands technology and software and how to market to these consumers! Daily duties and responsibilities include: >Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback; >Synthesize marketing analytics and other campaign data; gather and analyze customer insight; > Expand product solutions and offerings; help define roadmap and features; >Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, website content, company blogs and other marketing collateral; >Ensure brand messages are consistent; >Engage consumers on social media; conduct webinars and demos as appropriate; >Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization; >Drive overall CRM and direct marketing; >Establish thought leadership; engage with other organizations within the community; >Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities; >Develop and execute new concepts and business models to identify strategic partners resellers and channels that position Mertech as an innovator and leader in the industry.
