Product Marketing Manager

You have significant leadership experience in Product Marketing and have developed a deep understanding of loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing programs. You are a charismatic, proven marketing evangelist with significant domain experience looking to join a fun, growing, and dynamic team. We’re looking for a high-energy, data-driven, and creative marketing leader who wants to help take the product to the next level and is excited by the idea of constantly rethinking and reinventing how marketing can best be done.

Key responsibilites will include:
• Craft and communicate a compelling, value-based, and differentiating message that will be projected through a variety of marketing vehicles, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing.
• Create marketing assets, such as web copy, videos, social media posts, presentations, product demo’s, data sheets, and whitepapers, to drive demand and raise awareness.
• Develop field enablement materials specific to the market, competitors, and product.
• Drive public product launches by creating internally- and externally-facing messages and assets.
• Partner with sales and pre-sales to optimally position the product and help close customer sales.
• Support AR and PR outreach as company spokesperson and product expert.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
• Experience as a successful Product Marketer in a SaaS environment; excellence in crafting and communicating the message.
• Strong presentation skills; very comfortable discussing technical details with analysts, sales and presales, as well as senior executives from business and technical perspectives.
• Results-oriented individual with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and demonstrated pattern of accountable decision making; highly collaborative and interpersonal.
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work within specific timeframes.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and to translate them into value propositions.
• Experience in CRM / Loyalty strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel (estimate 15-25% travel).
